The popular Stoneware 33 clay body with added ilmenite. A warm brown clay. Suitable for all applications of handbuilding and throwing. Firing light grey with speckles in oxidation to grey with heavy iron flecks and spots in reduction. Produces warm and varied surfaces. 

Note ** Ilmenite magnifies the iron specking by the application of glaze as it bleeds through, intensified by a reducing atmosphere.
